Truth practises across two Northern Rivers clinics — Ascend Acupuncture and Soult Physio — where trigger point dry needling sits alongside traditional Chinese medicine every day.

Resonance Needling came out of a recurring problem: needling that relieved tension on the table but didn't hold, with patients unable to tell if it had worked until days later.

So Truth stopped treating needling as a fixed dose and started treating it as testable — assess, needle, stimulate, retest. If the movement hasn't changed, the point isn't finished.

"You shouldn't have to wait for the next appointment to find out if the needling worked. You should feel it change under your hand."

This course is the first formal teaching of that protocol — capped at 14 participants, so every practitioner gets hands-on correction, not a demonstration from the back of the room.
