ASAP recommends a minimum of 12 hours face-to-face training. There is no regulatory requirement for 20 total hours. Courses advertising 20 hours are frequently only 12 hours in-person, with the remaining 8 delivered online. This course delivers all 16 hours face-to-face — 4 hours more in-person contact than the ASAP minimum, and more practical time than most 20-hour courses provide.
